She is a keynote speaker, a TEDx speaker, and a consultant.

She talks about hard topics with infectious joy. Through working with her, people improve communication, work through conflict, and build awareness with the Enneagram.

She asks big questions that lead to big dreams, big ideas, and big living.

You have to do your inner work and put your own healing first so that you can be effective in helping your organization navigate conflict.

You have to learn how to manage conflict because avoiding conflict would only create more conflict. Tolerating conflict is the way to peace. Avoiding conflict would only create fake peace.

Get clear in the beginning, and start with your values, what your goals are, and where you want to go. Be curious about another person’s goal and keep communicating

You can’t lead anybody until you are able to lead yourself. Self-leadership involves ruthless self-honesty. You have to be ruthless in becoming aware of who you are.

  • You can only lead as far as you've healed.

  • If you avoid conflict, you manufacture fake peace.

  • You can’t lead anybody else until you lead yourself. Self-leadership involves ruthless self-honesty and - generous self-compassion. The way you get to marry those two together is curiosity.
